We are a well-funded, institutionally backed startup led by a team of former industry heavyweights from Cisco, Juniper Networks, Nortel, EY and Macquarie Group with two start-up exits and 4 patents under our belts.

 

Shabodi is building a solution that will transform the fashion in which applications are being enabled on the networks, especially a 5G network. We are in the midst of building a virtual appliance which will leverage 5G ‘s core and Radio Access Network (O-RAN etc.) to enable optimized network services for end user applications.

●     Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading Software development teams upto 20 FTE comprising of developers, business analysts, architects and quality engineers

●     Software development background with experience of coding in C++ or Java for minimum 5 Years

●     Deep understanding of Traditional and Agile Project Management practices in theory and proven experience on the ground for mid-large scale projects

●     Certifications – PMP, PgMP, Scrum Masters are an asset

●     Experience with project management tools – Microsoft Project, JIRA and expert level skills on Word, PowerPoint

●     Excellent communication skills

●     Budgeting skills for project value up-to $10MM

●     Strong leadership skills

●     Risk management skills to assess technical strategies and security controls

●     Experience with telecom domain and knowledge of 5G is an asset
